Content is legit; Scott is the man!
I found this podcast due to being a faithful follower of Bigger Pockets real estate podcast. Scott Trench and Mindy have both cohosted that show so I was already familiar with them and their backgrounds. Both hosts know their stuff from a real estate investing perspective and personal finance perspective. The guests break down actionable steps that anyone can take into manageable pieces. My only complaint is that Mindy tends to talk about herself and take focus away from the guest’s story. Just finished catching up with episodes from the beginning and it was great!

BP Money Rocks
Great money podcast. Good variety of guests and topics. Mindy and Scott make money relatable and give great tips to make wealth building actionable. They also manage to keep it light hearted and add a bit of humor. Great listen.

Valuable & interesting!
This podcast continues the Bigger Pockets tradition of providing valuable information in an interesting and motivational format. Real estate investing is discussed but as a part of a bigger financial independence picture. The two shows compliment one another very well and the variety of information discussed on this podcast enhances the original BP podcast to a great degree. The hosts and guests are lively and charismatic; you’re sure to enjoy listening.

Addicting!
My favorite parts of this podcast are how it has a variety of guests with different types of stories. I used to be an avid Dave Ramsey podcast listener and loved listening to the Millionaire hour. With this podcast I get a little bit of bigger pockets real estate, investing and saving principles from Dave Ramsey and an opportunity to learn from all types of people with unique approaches to their FI journey. It’s interesting to hear from people who are just like you with similar thoughts and aspirations, and how they overcome their fears and common adversities when transitioning from a full time job to FI.
This podcast has practical tips and real-life scenarios you can learn from. Highly recommended!!

Surprisingly necessary
Until recently, I did not realize how many people grew up with the mentality to spend everything they make and use credit to survive.
They do a great job of teaching financial responsibility to those who have never learned to save and how to invest.

Awesome Personal Finance Podcast

This podcast may seem like a spin off of the BP podcast but it covers a set of skills and habits that you need to develop that are invaluable to real estate investing.
If you want to invest in real estate or have any sort of passive income you need to master the habits that they talk about in this podcast!

You guys do such a great job! Whenever an episode gets closer to an hour, you guys seem to want to cut it off at that point..i could keep listening!
I'm a finance professional and really into personal finance, and I still get a lot of good tips out of the show, and you guys are, of course, so much fun to listen to!

Thank you both for doing this. I found this podcast to be a great way for my wife and I to get on the same page. For year my wife and I knew there was a better way. We are both hard working individual that have been in denial on why our road to FI has been at a complete stop for the last 3 years. When you hear of other with large student loans and lower paying jobs getting it done you realize you already have most, if not all the tool. Huge fan of the bigger pockets community and will be doing our first house hack shorty to attack our student loans and two newer cars. The hardest part is starting from negative, but this podcast can help anyone in any position. Just listen to all of them passively and start!

I’ve been listening to bigger pockets money podcasts following the recommendation from a friend of mine. I’m super pumped to get on top of my finances. I am a horrible saver currently but am getting more and more empowered to do a better job and further educating myself in part due to your podcasts. Keep up the great work!
