By far my favorite podcast about FI. Scott and Mindy have great personalities and make learning about FI so much more fun. Some topics about FI aren’t the most exciting such as tax strategies but Scott and Mindy do a great job explaining them in a fun way. This podcast have made my Monday morning commutes far my enjoyable! I’d recommend this podcast to anyone interested in personal finance or personal development.

Excellent Work - Great Job Guys!
Mindy & Scott are great hosts, and both very knowledgeable about personal finance. The guests so far have been top notch. The episode with David Greene was one of the best I’ve heard.

Scott and Mindy are funny people and Scott’s dad jokes are awesome! Can’t wait to share some at the next party I go to but more importantly my money IQ has increased so much listening to them. I spend money for the things I REALLY WANT and really wait it out for the things I don’t care for like eating out all the time.

Killer Podcast
So I just did a road trip from North Carolina to Texas and back and listen to all 14 epidsodes that are currently available. Holy cow the knowledge bombs that were dropped. I will be going back and taking more detailed notes as I listen to a few of the podcast again. I look forward to future episodes. Simply Awesome!!

Super inspiring
My first review EVER on iTunes.
This podcast is so great. I’ve been following the FIRE movement and have transitioned to part-time myself. It’s so cool to hear all the different view points and journeys different folks have taken. Scott and Mindy keep the conversation lively and dive deep into the nuts and bolts of achieving financial independence. I even like the Dad jokes. Hey Scott! Did you hear about the guy who got fired from the calendar factory for taking a day off? :-)

Motivational
I’m very eager to get into real estate investing but financially I’m not where I need to be. I like how some of them interviews on here are some people who didn’t start off with money or real estate and how they will discuss what they did or how they became financially independent before real estate or starting their business. Just the type of podcast I needed and at the exact time I needed in my journey to financial independence.

Dare I say better than the OG BP
Always thought Scott and Mindy could pull off their own podcasts and low and behold the two of them paired up makes for a show often more engaging than the original BP podcast. No offense to those goofballs Josh and Brandon (I love you guys too). But after all, real estate investing is just one strategy to achieving financial independence, which is the real reason we are all here.
