Amazing

The show is awesome. I have three requests:

1. I would like to hear from a guest that has children preferably, more than two and only has one income. “FI” seems a little easier when your choices only effect you and another adult.

2. As I’m new to the general tenets of “FI” it would be an amazing episode to hear a generalized overview of what those tenants are and some generally accepted tactics. Think an overview / 101 course.

3. Finally, could you talk about the inherent risk of relying exclusively on index funds as an investment vehicle and how that could potentially effect cash flow once financially independent - especially with the 10% market corrections of late. Like real estate the market doesn’t always go up.

With that said, I love the show and have listened to each one! You’re both awesome! Thank you for putting out quality content!
