Good podcast

I like this podcast a lot it is helping me learn a ton about finance (more than school ever has), however some of the episodes I question why the guest was chosen. Since the guest is the one talking for most of the episode I feel that they should make sure they pick good ones, some of them after listening I felt like I wasted a lot of time. However some are awesome! Also, as a woman I appreciate having a woman host, however if it has to be Mindy I would be fine with no woman host. I skip forward every time she talks, she adds very little valuable information, and I would like to hear Scott speak more.
