Love this! Great topics!

Thank you for putting this together. The guests and topics chosen for each of the first four episodes were fantastic and are already helping me get to a better financial position. My end goal is to save enough money and invest in real estate, so thank you for helping me do this! Scott is a great inspiration!

My only bit of constructive criticism is that there could be a little more editing for audio quality, and maybe omission of certain off-handed comments that have been said. I, for example, don’t appreciate the comments made about Scott regarding his age and bashing his success because “he’s single and has nothing holding him back.” Also, there were some comments made about Rosemarie on episode four that were a little sexist (E. g. “You don’t look like a cop”). There are many more examples, but more recently, I listened to episode 109, and couldn’t help but cringe at the overly sexist comments regarding the female airman one the show.

Please leave the sexist, ageist, comments off the show. They take away from the great content that is otherwise shared.
